Better Than a Military Boot Camp

The concept of the fitness boot camp is inspired by military fitness programs. However, do not expect find your instructor lining participants up and yelling at them! According to many instructors, that fear is the biggest obstacle people need to overcome when attending a boot camp.

Instead, what you will discover is a real sense of camaraderie and is the real beauty of the CFC fitness boot camps. Exercising as part of a group, under the guidance of a certified instructor creates energy you can’t replicate working out in a gym on your own. A CFC fitness boot camp will give you the chance to mix it up. Exercises will vary within each class – style, duration, and intensity. Each session will include cardio workouts such as running, hiking, or interval training, and strength training with body weight exercises and dumbbells or exercise bands. In addition, expect flexibility work with yoga or Pilates elements.
